Job Description
The Sr Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality and reliability performance of products through product qualification, reliability monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of semiconductor industry and in semiconductor modules including SPS for AI/data center application
  • Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fab, assembly – both IC and module -, test)
  • Strong knowledge on industry quality, reliability standards, and qualification methodologies (i.e. modules, SiP)
  • Experience with failure analysis workflows and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis)
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
  • Written and verbal English is mandatory
  • Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice
  • Self-motivated and business service minded
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
