Job Description
As our Quality Engineer, you will champion excellence at our Mountain Home plant, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance, and driving improvements in processes, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience applying core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, Statistical Analysis).
  • Certifications like a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or CQE are a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive change across different teams and departments.
  • Experience with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and proficiency with tools like Minitab and Microsoft Office.
