Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager Associate provides distinctive customer service and performs administrative duties for Relationship Managers and clients. This role is an extension of the Relationship Manager team, focused on providing support to Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams.
Requirements
Function as an experienced member of the Relationship Manager team to provide support to Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams;
Prepare and review all account documentation related to high-volume deposits and loans;
Actively work to develop relationships across all Bank partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and referral business;
May independently address client questions and issues;
