Job Description
Gray Hawk Land Solutions is hiring a Sr. Right-of-Way Agent in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The individual must establish and maintain relationships with surface owners and local government officials, negotiate terms for surface agreements, and interpret drawings and redline as needed.

Requirements

  • Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners and local government officials and agencies.
  • Negotiate terms for surface agreements, including surface use agreements, pipeline rights of way, and easements.
  • Thorough understanding of surface use agreements, easements, pipeline ROW, surface titles, and gov't laws/regulations related to Right of Way operations.
  • Mapping software experience (GIS, Google Earth, ability to deed plot, ability to learn any client internal mapping systems).
  • Ability to interpret drawings and redline where needed (Alignment drawings, Certified Property Plats, Permit Drawings, Temporary Workspace Drawings, Construction Access Drawings).
  • Able to navigate multiple client databases.
  • Able to conduct online research.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and database use.
  • Able to work well in a team environment or an individual role.
