Job Description
At Klaviyo, we're looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation programs for the sales organization. The role involves managing ICM system configuration, conducting compensation cost modeling, and providing insights and recommendations on incentive plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Business Analysis, or knowledge transferable function
  • 3+ years experience running, designing and/or configuring an ICM platform
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google sheets skills
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is recommended
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
