Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in selling/supporting HCM and WFM outsourcing solutions
  • 3+ years working in SaaS HR/payroll environments with a deep understanding of cloud-based service delivery and operational scalability
  • Demonstrated experience influencing $1M+ annual revenue through managed services or consulting engagements
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and managed services in HRMS/Payroll environments
  • Ability to travel for onsite meetings and strategic presentations
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technology and managed services in HRMS/Payroll environments
