Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with a proven background in selling staffing / recruiting services. You will prospect and close net-new clients in the staffing space, sell direct hire, contingent, or MSP/RPO solutions, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
7+ years of staffing sales experience (required)
Proven success selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, Professional Services, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to bring in new business (hunter mindset)
Experience working with MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce models
Strong network within HR / TA / Procurement communities
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
