Role OverviewThe Sales Manager, Sweet Protein will execute the business strategy and annual plan, build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, and drive sales and business development efforts in North/South America. The role requires a strong understanding of products, applications, and markets, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills. The Sales Manager will work independently and be results-driven, with a strong sales acumen.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven experience in key account management and channel development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High level of autonomy and ability to work independently
- Market knowledge and insight for the Food & Beverage/Ingredients space
- Strong ability to resist pressure and learning ability
- Strong communication skills
- Mandarin - speaking (Bilingual preferred)
