What You Will Do
Implement and support the CRM platform to drive efficiency, metric observation, and process automations. Design, configure, and develop custom solutions as part of an Agile development team building enterprise-grade CRM systems.

Requirements

- Ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service cloud, and Experience Cloud at minimum)
- Advanced Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow)
- Strong understanding of enterprise system design, API architecture and integration patterns
- Willing to participate in on-call process
