Role OverviewWe are looking for a self-motivated, passionate and resourceful Software Engineers to bring diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers. You will spend your time as a hands-on machine learning practitioner and a research leader. You will play a key role on the team, building and guiding machine learning models from the ground up.
What You Will Do
Develop AI solutions for various Prime Video Search systems using Deep learning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, and optimization methods; Lead cross-team collaboration and work closely with engineers and product managers to deliver AI solutions end-to-end; Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses.

Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
