Job Description
A Sr. Solution Manager is responsible for providing solutions-based thought leadership and bridging the network, data center market, cloud, and IT infrastructure into compelling solution and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering, and electrical engineering preferred
  • Minimum 8+ year experience with Compute/Storage Server or Data Center or IT Infrastructure installation, working with partners and sales to meet direct, and OEM customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and business sense required
  • Solutions, Programs, and/or Project Management experience is a must
  • Strong background and experience with x86-based server architecture
  • Familiarity & technical know-how on Firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms
  • Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills
  • Customer Focus and Quality of Product/Services mindset
  • Individual must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Must have advance Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Project management skills
