Requirements

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements
  • Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events
  • Develop high-quality enablement content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, training assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success
  • Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management
  • Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value
