Job Description
The Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain – CSR, Sustainable Sourcing role plays a critical role in embedding sustainability into procurement practices and enabling measurable environmental impact across the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Maintain, organize, and enhance datasets related to supplier sustainability performance, procurement categories, waste streams, and circularity initiatives
  • Support the development and tracking of sustainability metrics aligned with enterprise environmental goals
  • Identify data gaps and implement structured data governance practices to improve quality, consistency, and usability across sourcing and sustainability systems
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices
  • Support pilot programs and sustainability innovation initiatives that advance sustainable sourcing practices and environmental performance
