Job Description
ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Sr. Substation Project Engineer to lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, with responsibilities including conducting quality reviews, performing engineering studies and calculations, collaborating with project managers, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent
2+ years experience in either Civil/structural, physical substation or P&C technical support related to electrical power substation design for Coops, Municipalities, and/or IOUs
Knowledge of standard building codes including IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, AWS, ASCE 113, and NESC (Experience with IEEE standards a plus)
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% when needed within the continental U.S.
Must have a valid driver’s license without restrictions
