Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement
  • Strong foundation in root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality metrics, and audit procedures
  • Effective communicator who can influence teams and suppliers to achieve higher standards
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies
  • Background in energy, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing preferred
