Job Description
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles, build partnerships with HR managers and business leaders, and drive strategic planning to shape hiring strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven experience using data and analytics to tell a compelling story and inform recruiting strategies
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, or SeekOut
