Job Description
Okta is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, driving product adoption and optimizing solutions. This role focuses on enabling customers to maximize value from their Okta Workforces and Customer Identity solutions in the Public Sector. The TAM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical expertise and drive lasting success for the customer.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in information technology or cloud platforms
6+ years as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or similar role
4+ years in identity and access management (including SSO, MFA, etc.)
US Citizenship required
Based out of Washington, D.C.
Ability to travel and work in Eastern Time Zone
