The Sr. Technical Field Engineer position supports distribution center production by maximizing IT systems reliability and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and skills including network, server, telephone, and desktop experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of operations hardware and applications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage vendor partners
  • Strong reasoning, troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adjust working hours and be on-call for escalations on a 24/7 basis. Ability to support other sites as needed.
