Role OverviewAs a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Partner Experience Engineering, you will lead core programs that help Prime Video Partners like Studios and Content creators ingest content into Prime Video. You will work across multiple organizations to understand how partner's content make from the studio all the way to the customer. You will work with other TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to get a holistic picture of the partner's experience.

You will be responsible for leading core programs that help Prime Video Partners like Studios and Content creators ingest content into Prime Video. You will work across multiple organizations to understand how partner's content make from the studio all the way to the customer. You will work with other TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to get a holistic picture of the partner's experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
