Job Description
We are looking for a Sr Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for full cycle technical searches, sourcing, and managing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, a track record of closing senior engineering roles, and strong sourcing chops.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Track record of closing senior engineering, research, or technical leadership roles
  • Strong sourcing chops
  • Comfort with technical depth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bias for action and operational instincts
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Prior experience recruiting for AI/ML, robotics, hardware, biotech, climate, or other deep tech verticals
