Role OverviewThe Sr Technician, Exterior Lighting and Signage will focus on diagnosing and repairing Exterior Signs & Lighting work orders, identifying potential and existing problems with electrical signage and lighting, and determining the best solution for needed repairs. The role requires following proper lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols when working on electrical or mechanical systems. The Sr Technician will also provide excellent customer service to team members onsite, interact in a professional, respectful manner, and collaborate to meet project deadlines.
What You Will Do
Complete service appointments, accurately insert notes, and communicate with facility maintenance for all repairs and installs. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards. Maintain service vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and uniforms in accordance with company standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' commercial electrical experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent certificate required. Electrical journeyman license and minimum three years' aerial lift and electrical experience at heights 60 to 80 feet are preferred.
