Job Description
Advanced Energy is looking for an experienced Test Development Engineer to join their team in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Test Engineer designs, develops, and implements cost-effective solutions for manufacturing tests for several high frequency, high voltage circuits and systems that ensure high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing test environment
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence design team decisions
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex technical problems with minimal assistance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Expertise in programming automation and data collection
  • Source Code control experience
  • Experience with a variety of General-Purpose Test Equipment use and automation. Including: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, DAQs, and Switches.
  • Object Oriented Programming Skills
  • 6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology
