Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder with a minimum of five years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of TIG welding processes, blueprint interpretation, and precision fabrication techniques.
What You Will Do
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other alloys as required. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to pass a TIG welding test during the interview process
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
