Job Description
Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor in our Rochester, MN closing center. As a Sr. Title Closing Processor, you will be responsible for preparing closing files that will be reviewed and signed at the closing table.

Requirements

  • Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.
  • Ensure that professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of the real estate and mortgage transactions.
  • Monitor the upcoming transaction, reviewing for completeness and compliance and ensuring all necessary information has been ordered and is accurate.
  • Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing.
