Sr. Trade Deductions Analyst

As a Sr. Trade Deductions Analyst at Talking Rain Beverage Company, you will own the complex, relationship-driven side of customer finance, managing trade deductions, partnering with Sales, and delivering business judgment and customer expertise. You will work onsite at our Preston, WA office and be responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving complex customer deductions, chargebacks, and short payments.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing customer-level data to identify trends, determining root causes, and uncovering opportunities to reduce deduction volume. You will also coordinate customer onboarding to the VIP system, ensure accurate account setup and configuration, and maintain TPM system data to validate deductions against approved promotional activity and customer agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Accounts Receivable, deductions management, or customer finance
• Experience in a CPG or beverage category strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of trade deductions, chargebacks, and customer billing processes
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and disputes
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with VIP required
• Anaplan experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
