Job Description
Plaza Home Mortgage is seeking a Sr. Underwriter to analyze and evaluate consumer home loan applications, assess Borrower's creditworthiness, and provide written and verbal decision and documentation to support the lending decision.

Requirements

  • Recent Underwriting experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience with FHA, VA, or USDA is required
  • Thorough grasp of state and federal regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems such as DataTrac
