The Video Producer will play a key role in planning, producing, and scaling educational video content within Klaviyo’s Customer Education organization.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with professional video production and audio editing software, and understand standard post-production workflows.
  • Experience working as a formal producer, project coordinator, or similar role with responsibility for planning and coordinating.
  • Experience leading projects end to end, including setting strategy, presenting plans, and overseeing workflows through delivery.
  • Experience producing educational content for learning-focused audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-moving or evolving environments, ideally within a tech or SaaS context.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms to plan work and track progress
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and keep timelines on track.
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable collaborating across creative and program-focused teams.
