Job Description
Sunrun is a leading solar and battery company seeking a Senior Warehouse Specialist to lead warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and delivery of materials. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the warehouse team, drive efficiency and cost savings, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Act as first point of contact for Warehouse Team Members
  • Drive advancement in standard operating procedures and lead training events
  • Train and certify new hires on all Warehouse Operations Policy and Procedure
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned
  • Operate within and promotes a safety culture in all warehouse functions
  • Participate and contributes in Warehouse Operations team meeting and training events
  • Maintain an organized and standard setup of all warehouse inventory and equipment
  • Responsible for the safety and security of warehouse inventory and equipment
  • Perform transactions in Oracle ERP for all material movement through the warehouse
  • Drive inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Maintain auditable records and operate based on defined standards in the shipping and receiving of all warehouse materials
  • Responsible for managing all material movement through the warehouse
  • Coordinate with the Branch Leadership Team to develop the material delivery plan
  • On a daily basis pick, package, and deliver all materials to the Installation team
