Role OverviewProvide day-to-day support and services for participating veteran households, including case management, advocacy, and wraparound supports and services with the VA and in the community. The position will promote accessibility, outreach to targeted populations, and provide key linkages for clients beginning at their intake and assessment following through to their attainment or maintenance of permanent housing in their home community.
What You Will Do
Coordinate outreach efforts, screen potential program participants, conduct housing and comprehensive supportive services assessments, provide service coordination, and travel to housing sites to support persons served.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, rehabilitative counseling, or related human service field (or comparable experience)
- Experience working with homeless individuals and families, including veterans
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle liability coverage
- Acceptable Criminal background check, OIG Exclusion check
- Negative Drug Screening
