Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will lead and motivate the local team, promote a positive environment, and assist with preparations for opening day. You will also take photos, resolve customer concerns, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
