Role OverviewThe St Gabriel Finance Business Partner will serve as the primary financial steward and strategic advisor for the Saint Gabriel manufacturing site, providing financial oversight, cost management, and proactive business insight to drive operational performance and cost efficiency.
What You Will Do
Deliver accurate and timely site cost reporting, drive continuous improvement in operational and financial processes, lead the annual standard cost-setting process, and prepare and manage site budget and Latest Outlook (LO) cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing finance acumen, ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, and experience in SAP FI/CO, Power BI, SAC, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6–8 years of finance or accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a manufacturing or site-based finance role
- Prior experience in chemicals, crop protection, or a related industry is an advantage
