The role involves overseeing all front-of-house operations, mentoring staff, and providing exceptional guest service. This leadership position is part of the Food & Beverage team, interacting directly with members and guests.

Requirements

  • Establish and maintain a welcoming and professional relationship with members and employees.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front-of-house F&B staff.
  • Manage food and beverage operations at St Ives, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with culinary staff and food & beverage outlets.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Assistant F&B Director.
  • Adhere to all statutory requirements for F&B operations.
