Job Description
Catholic Charities is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility for children in care, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and delivering shelter services. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, 3 years of experience in child welfare, and bilingual skills in Spanish and English.

Requirements

  • Ensure licensed childcare coverage for the facility
  • Provide supervision of residential staff
  • Maintain oversight of shelter activities
  • Maintain compliance with standards set forth by funding sources, state licensing standards, accreditation standards, ORR/DUCS guidelines, and DHS/ICE rules and regulations
  • Ensure the overall safety and compliance of shelter care operations
  • Manage household budget
  • Organize activities and make transportation arrangements as needed
  • Participate in departmental, all staff, and mandatory meetings, and required training opportunities
  • Serve in the on-call rotation for 24-hour program support
