Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team. This role will focus on processing and managing fixed assets and vehicle-related accounts payable transactions, while also supporting analytics and reporting for asset and vehicle data.
What You Will Do
Process and verify vendor invoices for fixed assets and vehicle-related purchases, maintain accurate records of all fixed asset and vehicle payable transactions, reconcile fixed asset and vehicle-related accounts monthly, and support asset and vehicle analytics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a study directly related to accounting
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting
- Prior experience in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, healthcare, and non-profit preferred
- Proficiency with software (Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct or similar ERP/GL Software)
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes, work flow, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to be a self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record and reliable transportation
- A demonstrated Christian background and a demonstrated ability to fulfill the mission and purpose of the Ministry
