Role OverviewThrasher Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable to oversee accounts receivable operations for three companies that make up our West Region. This position reports directly to the Regional Controller and plays an integral role in the accounting team.
What You Will Do
Lead the full-cycle accounts receivable process, prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices, build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, and perform daily cash management activities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a staff accountant role with a focus on accounts receivable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
