Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing startup finance team. This role offers broad exposure across general accounting, NetSuite, accounts payable, audit and tax support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA candidate (actively pursuing) or active CPA license
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup, technology, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required); advanced users strongly preferred
  • Experience with accounts payable, vendor management, and payment processing
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); experience with Google Sheets a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
