Staff Accountant

We are looking for an outcomes-driven Staff Accountant to scale our fast-growing DTC supplement business. In this high-ownership role, you will maintain balance sheet integrity, manage month-end close discipline, govern GL precision, and deliver trusted financial visibility to leadership.

You will own key components of the monthly close cycle, prepare and post journal entries, maintain close-cycle workpapers, and ensure recurring close tasks are completed on time with strong precision and minimal rework.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional accounting experience with strong exposure to monthly close cycles.
• Accounting or Finance degree.
• Proven experience with journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and workpaper preparation.
• Strong general ledger and chart of accounts discipline.
• High attention to detail with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing precision.
• Strong analytical fluency tied to reconciliation accuracy, trend validation, and financial integrity.
• Proven ability to turn raw transactional data into trusted information truth.
• Experience improving close-cycle confidence through documentation rigor and account-level accuracy.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with finance leadership and teams that rely on accurate financial reporting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work consistently within U.S. business hours.
• Willingness to work U.S. time zones, regardless of geographic location.
• Ability to accommodate limited required travel (up to 10%).
