Role OverviewUnite America seeks a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations across a complex, multi-entity organization. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple legal entities and supporting timely, decision-useful financial reporting.
What You Will Do
Prepare and post journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and maintain supporting schedules for the month-end close. Maintain accurate financial records across multiple legal entities and ensure the general ledger is complete and up to date.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Hands-on experience supporting the month-end close process and maintaining the general ledger
- Experience working independently, managing competing priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience reconciling large or complex datasets and working with incomplete or evolving information
- Public accounting experience or experience in an audit-focused, multi-entity, or compliance-driven environment is a strong plus
- CPA or active progress toward CPA licensure is a plus
