Role OverviewWe are seeking a Staff Accountant to oversee and administer the Company's payroll function, corporate stock administration activities, and support the accounting and financial reporting of corporate operations. This position serves as a key member of the accounting team, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, proper administration of equity-based compensation programs, and timely, accurate financial reporting for the corporate entity.
What You Will Do
Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, administer the Company's equity compensation programs, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, or public accounting environment
- 3+ years of Payroll Processing experience
- Knowledge of stock administration, equity compensation plans, or employee stock
- Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting principles
- CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation is a plus
- Experience with Business Central highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP or accounting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location organization
