Role OverviewWe are hiring a Staff Accountant on-site at our Largo, FL headquarters. As our lead accounting professional, you will be the steward of our financial integrity, owning the entire accounting ecosystem—from full-cycle month-end close and general ledger maintenance to cash flow forecasting, payroll accounting, and AP/AR oversight.
What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Produce hyper-accurate, timely financial statements and maintain overall general ledger integrity. Oversee AP and AR functions to ensure accurate job-costing, timely billing, collection management, and disciplined vendor payments.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- B.S. in Accounting or equivalent
- Hands-on knowledge of GL management, financial statements, full-cycle close, payroll, and AP/AR
- Experience with job costing or project-based accounting environments
