Role OverviewThe Staff Accountant is responsible for financial and operational accounting for multiple apartment home communities. The role involves financial statement preparation, account analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Controller.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely financial records, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with year-end audits. The role also involves ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met and accurate recording of revenues and expenses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years accounting experience
- Yardi experience preferred
