Role OverviewWe are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our multi-location healthcare company. The role involves strong accounting skills, experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the CFO on month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, tax preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
What You Will Do
The Staff Accountant will review and process vendor invoices, schedule and process ACH payments, reconcile vendor statements, and respond to vendor inquiries. They will also prepare and process accurate client invoices and statements, record and post payments received, and monitor outstanding balances. Additionally, they will perform daily bookkeeping and accounting activities in QuickBooks Online, prepare and post journal entries, and assist with financial analysis and variance analysis.

You should have 2–3 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
