Role OverviewThe Staff Accountant will be working in the St. Marys, PA location, reporting to the Accounting Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing the accounting of fixed assets, tracking and record-keeping, depreciation calculation, and tax compliance.
What You Will Do
The Staff Accountant will perform tasks such as fixed asset accounting, fixed asset tracking and record-keeping, depreciation calculation, asset capitalization and disposals, tax compliance, CIP tracking, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, tax preparation support, project tracking, physical inventory, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in business administration, preferably with a concentration in accounting, knowledge of GAAP, especially in fixed assets, and knowledge of accounting software and skilled in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
