Job Description
Adaptive is a cybersecurity startup looking for a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. The role involves leading accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, supporting general ledger reconciliations, and contributing to ad-hoc audit and tax projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience supporting month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Experience owning or meaningfully supporting AR and/or AP processes
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with an ERP/GL system and modern finance tools
