Job Description
ProMach is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Financial Shared Service Organization. The successful candidate will assist in building the new General Accounting function, Account-to-Record, and support the overall company close process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance w/strong accounting focus)
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically strong in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret data and trends
  • Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving with minimal supervision
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members and internal/external customers
  • Strong communication, customer service and relationship management skills
  • Inspired by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization
