Role Overview

The Staff Assistant III, Lab Operations will support the business office in the Department of Immunology and a Principal Investigator's lab. The role involves complex administrative tasks, data maintenance, and communication with faculty, students, and staff. The position requires working independently with minimal supervision and updating supervisors on project status.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this position include assisting with grant proposals and progress reports, lab protocol renewals, travel commitments, and drafting correspondence. The Staff Assistant will also maintain the Principal Investigator's lab website and curriculum vitae, assist with onboarding new lab members, and prepare purchase orders and payment requests.
