Role OverviewThe staff assistant performs varied and extremely confidential work regarding revocation, parole interviews, clemency investigations, and other work related to the Commission. The staff assistant assists the Regional Administrator and other staff with the daily operations of the Region.
What You Will Do
Answers the telephone; responds to e-mail inquiries; types, proofreads, and distributes completed reports and documents; coordinates budget information; coordinates staff meetings and takes meeting minutes, maintains filing systems, and purges records in accordance and retention schedules.

Requirements
- High school diploma
