Job Description
Join the State of Connecticut as a Staff Attorney 2 and make an impact today! The Staff Attorney 2 position will provide legal support to the Environmental Health and Drinking Water Branch and other programmatic areas within the Department of Public Health.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in the practice of law
Experience with interpreting federal and state regulations and statutes governing environmental health and drinking water
Experience managing and prioritizing large volume of work to achieve results within stated deadlines
Experience working collaboratively with others
Experience writing legal memorandums that effectively convey legal research and proposed legal solution
Experience drafting and reviewing legislative proposals and/or regulations
