Role OverviewThe Staff Capture Manager will lead assigned Federal Government capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission. They will develop and execute comprehensive capture plans, establish capture objectives, and coordinate capture activities across various organizations. The role requires a strong understanding of Department of Defense and Federal Government missions, organizations, acquisition environments, and procurement processes.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Staff Capture Manager include developing and executing customer engagement strategies, researching and analyzing customers and competitors, identifying customer hot buttons and key requirements, and translating customer and competitive intelligence into actionable capture strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience within Federal Government contracting
- Demonstrated experience leading competitive Federal Government captures
- Strong understanding of Department of Defense and Federal Government missions, organizations, acquisition environments, and procurement processes
- Formal capture management, proposal management, or Shipley-based training
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
