Role Overview

The Staff CIDO IT Program Manager will lead all CIDO activities at the Blue Ridge Advanced Manufacturing Center (BRAMC) located in Waynesboro, VA. This role requires full-time on-site presence and involves connecting CIDO with all levels of BRAMC leadership to ensure information services and digital solutions directly support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a thought leader and a strategic decision-maker and collaborator who can validate options from subject matter experts, select the best path within enterprise guardrails, and drive execution to measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this role include owning BRAMC's digital manufacturing and IT/OT architecture decisions, enabling advanced manufacturing, and working with BRAMC leadership to lead a matrixed team of IT, OT, and engineering SMEs to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of BRAMC's digital manufacturing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience
  • Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
  • Proven ability to provide strategic direction regarding CIDO services, solutions, processes, applications, and technology
  • Proven ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with digital twin technology for real-time monitoring and optimization
  • Experience with driving adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
  • Understanding of IoT integration for data collection, automation, and analytics
